At 13, Jeannette Cona-Larock boarded a plane with her grandmother for the first time. That trip sparked a curiosity about the world that has stayed with her ever since. Today, she helps others find their own reasons to pack a bag and go.

A Delaware resident for more than 25 years, Jeannette has been helping travelers plan vacations since 2011. As an affiliate of Keys to the Castle Travel, she works with solo travelers, couples, families, and groups whose plans range from a first Disney vacation to a cruise or an adventure abroad.

    I

It Starts with the People Traveling

Her approach starts with the people taking the trip. A family traveling with young children has different priorities from a couple exploring a new country or several generations gathering for a holiday. Understanding those differences is part of shaping a vacation that feels right for everyone involved.

Her experience spans Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando Resort, a wide selection of cruise lines, and all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean. Her own travels with her family continue to inform the work, giving her a personal appreciation for both the excitement of getting away and the details that help a trip go smoothly.

    More memories than merchandise.

    II

One Point of Contact, Start to Finish

Jeannette describes her goal as helping guests bring home more memories than merchandise. She offers a consistent point of contact from the first planning conversation through the return home, and she treats the relationship as something that can continue well beyond a single booking. If a particular request falls outside her expertise, she is happy to connect a traveler with someone better suited to help.

We are pleased to welcome Jeannette to City to Coast’s travel pages. In the months ahead, we will introduce readers to more of her travel perspective, destination ideas, and opportunities to plan a memorable escape.

For now, the starting point is simple: Where have you been meaning to go?
